What Is a Gospel Community?
A Gospel Community is a smaller group of people who live life together around the gospel—sharing everyday rhythms, growing as disciples, and joining Jesus in what He’s already doing in the world.
Rather than being another program or weekly meeting, Gospel Communities are extended families on mission. They gather regularly, but they’re also connected throughout the week—sharing meals, caring for one another, praying together, and living out their faith in ordinary life.
Gospel Communities or “GC” for Short
Around Radiant, you’ll hear us call Gospel Communities GCs.
GCs are one of the primary ways we live out our identity as a family of servant missionaries:
Family – We belong to one another in Christ
Servants – We love and care for one another with humility
Missionaries – We live sent into our neighborhoods, workplaces, and everyday spaces
GCs help move the gospel from Sunday gatherings into the rest of the week.
